Products, descriptions and images
We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications for materials, dimensions and ratings. Product photographs are representative; reactive glazes and natural materials vary between pieces. We do not claim certifications, licences or approvals that we have not obtained.
Pricing, taxes and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, giving you a full refund if it has already been charged.
Stock levels change throughout the day. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to substitute, backorder or refund it.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm and process it. Payment is taken through our payment processor over an encrypted connection.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellation, return and refund terms in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Warranty and liability
Products carry only the warranties offered by their manufacturers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Site content, product photography and text are owned by us or our suppliers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts serving that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
