Our commitment
We want every customer to be able to browse our catalogue and place an order. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical target, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished project. We do not claim formal certification or third-party conformance audit.
What we have done
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields throughout the store and checkout.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, product options, cart and checkout controls.
- Text alternatives for product and category images.
- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast, and layouts that reflow on phones, tablets and desktops.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, such as the payment step provided by our payment processor, are outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will complete your order by phone or email.
